The "Write" Path
Janet Skole
Writing Coach and Workshop Facilitator

Would you like more clarity in your own thinking? Would you like to develop a writing practice that both calms the mind and focuses your attention? Proprioceptive Writing™ was developed by Linda Trichter-Metcalf, PhD, in the 1970s to do just that. A meditative writing practice that takes 25 minutes, it offers a means of better knowing and understanding the self, developing listening skills and compassion, and an appreciation for individual experience. This class will offer basic instruction and the opportunity to do several "writes." Instructor: Janet Skole, certified Proprioceptive Writing™ trainer.

"Proprioceptive Writing was the map and the compass that guided me to the sure and steady experience of my own inner self. Prioprioceptive Writing changed the way I think and listen to myself, and as a result it changed the way I heard others. The more I heard myself, the more energized my body became."
--Christiane Northrup, M.D., in the foreward to "Writing the Mind Alive" by Linda Trichter Metcalf, Ph.D. and Tobin Simon, PhD.
